Where You Can Buy Stylish Sport Shoes

A nice pair of Italian shoes is always a real asset in anyone’s wardrobe.  One of the most universally popular designs is the pump or court shoe.  This was also the style favoured by the ancient courts of Europe as far back as the Greek and Egyptian civilisations.

Of course, this style is mostly worn these days for work or other formal occasions where a sober dress code is required.

However, in our modern laid-back society we are increasingly wearing casual shoes, even with evening outfits, especially when we are on holiday.  These are for instance the trainers.  The chunky designs are very much trending at the moment and they will still be worn throughout the winter months.

If you would like to own an Italian version of extremely well designed casual shoes such as these it will be worth your while to have a look at Ash shoes.  This company opened its doors in 2000 and a partnership between a French and Italian design team has ensured that you will be buying extreme comfort and elegance.  They are now selling shoes all over the world.

The Italians are renowned for the excellent treatment of leather, the tanning process of which produces a very soft and pliable material.  They are kind to the feet, unlike man-made or cheap shoes which will chafe and blister your feet when they are new.

All of the shoes in this company’s range, including the casual trainer like styles are made out of leather rather than canvas.  This ensures that you will be buying a shoe that will last you through several seasons without visually deteriorating. There are many styles available so there is a good choice for everyone.

To keep leather looking its best, some tender loving care is required.  They should always be wiped clean after walking on muddy terrain and you should let them then dry in the open air away from a heat source.

Now and again some leather nourishing cream should be applied to keep the leather supple and pliable.

How To Choose Trainer Comfort With Style

Wherever you look on the internet, you will find that trainer sport shoes, or sneakers if you are an American, are very much in vogue again this year.  This is because people are more daring and experimental in teaming them up with any kind of outfit.

We have become much more relaxed in the way we dress and it is now very acceptable to be seen sporting this kind of footwear.  Manufacturers have not been slow in producing examples that are vibrant in colour.  This year neon colours have been at the forefront of the fashion scene.

However, if you are a little more conservative, there are shoe manufacturers that have restyled the concept of trainers in more muted colours.  One of these shoe design companies is Ash footwear who first set up shop in Italy in the year 2000.

This footwear is a brilliant combination of French styling and Italian shoe craftsmanship through the teaming up of a French designer and Italian entrepreneurship.

It is especially the chunky trainer that has made its entrance as preferred street style and urban clothing.  It is no wonder as these types of shoes are supremely comfortable, especially if you are on your feet most of the day walking and shopping about.

What is the difference between an ordinary trainer and the footwear that is designed by this company? Well, all their shoes have the comfort of wearing trainers but with a contemporary design edge and a snug fit.  There are many different styles to choose from in their range.  There is, therefore, a style for anyone available.

They can be worn with practically any clothing, whether they are dresses or trousers.  Of course, trousers always look better with this kind of shoe, but there are many girls and women who wear them with either mini or maxi dresses too.

I think the only possible time that this comfortable footwear cannot be worn is when you are going to an interview.  Some workplaces are also still very conservative when it comes to a dress code.

One Way To Keep Your Toes Cosy

The wearing of boots is nothing new.  Even our distant forefathers knew that to make a boot like structure they had to use animal hide and bind it to their feet.  This kept the water away and also kept them warm whilst hunting in the winter months.

There are several criteria to consider when buying new boots.  They should be well made from the highest materials available as you do not want them to fall apart just after one season.

For this reason it is better to buy footwear that is not too cheap.  They will certainly not be leather and they may be stiff and uncomfortable to walk in.  Leather is an ideal material to keep your feet water proof.
You will have to remember though that leather is a natural product that needs looking after.  In the wet and snowy winter months they should be wiped down and left to dry and air naturally.  They will also benefit from a lick of polish or a specially prepared product.  This will keep the material supple and will stop it from cracking.

If you are looking for such a boot it is well worth your while having a look at what Manas boots have to offer you.  This Italian company is wholly family owned and from humble beginnings they have grown to a sizeable company that sells footwear all over the world. Many family members have joined the company since its conception.

Their winter wear boots are in muted colours to complement clothing worn during these cold months.  They are also fully lined with wool and they are hand crafted and hand coloured too.  The styling is also typically Italian with attractive features such as buckles and straps.

They have flat and heel varieties in their collection.  The flat styles have a sturdy heel that is well suited for walking on wet and muddy terrain as they have a ridged sole that will keep you from slipping.  They are a must to take if you are into winter sports as they are ideal for après ski.

You might find it strange because the weather is so nice and hot, that autumn and winter are just around the corner.  In a few months we will be in the cold weather again.

So now is the time to overhaul your winter wardrobe.  Shops are imminently bringing in the next season’s trends.  Layered clothing is still going to be fashionable as well as a warm way to dress the next season again.

What about footwear?  Have your boots seen better days; if so this year you may consider buying bumper boots.  These are not the cheapest in the market place, but if you want a chic Italian look, they are definitely worth investigating.  If your boots are on their last legs, as it were, then it is time to part with them and try and source a new pair.

This is easily done by going on the internet.  If you are early you will have the pick of the bunch before stockists run out of the most stylish examples.

The boots being sold by this designer house are all flats.  Flats are a much better option in the wet and snow and flat footwear has been trending this summer and this trend is going to continue throughout the coming autumn and winter months too.

The reason that these boots are dear is that they are all made out of leather with a leather lining.  The soles absorb shock because they are air cushioned and the toe has been reinforced to an orthopaedic standard.
Apart from this there are some really attractive animal prints available as well as plain colours.  These boots are either knee high or mid-calf length.

We are becoming an ever more health conscious society.  This is seen in the food we eat, the more exercise we take and the health warnings about smoking and excessive alcohol intake.  But we do not think twice about how we treat our feet.

A recent study has shown that high heels are really bad for our feet.  Perhaps this is why flat heeled shoes are now so popular.  Over time we will see deformities of our feet.  The Achilles tendon does also get shortened over time, to the point that we cannot even wear flat shoes comfortably anymore. Other ailments are the forming of bunions and hammer toes.  These are all directly related to the shortening of the Achilles tendon.

Shoe manufacturers are not likely to stop producing high heels, but recently we have seen that increasingly the designers are incorporating features within the structure of the footwear that are a healthy option.  This includes as already mentioned above, air cushioning to lessen the impact of footfall when walking and the widening and strengthening the toe cap area to allow the toes room to wiggle about.  Some of them do also have an instep support which will let us wear our shoes with comfort throughout the day.

You will find a selection of bumper boots on line at wahwahshoes.co.uk.
